1. Service Overview

Aleanna Events is a Brisbane-based event planning company providing immersive quests, themed parties, and corporate event experiences across homes, cafes, restaurants, and other private venues. Our events are tailored to client preferences and may involve bespoke planning, props, interactive hosts, and custom scripts.

2. Booking and Payment

• All bookings must be made through our official communication channels (email, phone, or website form).

• A 100% upfront payment is required to secure your booking.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment has been received and acknowledged in writing by Aleanna Events.

3. Non-Refundable Policy

All payments made to Aleanna Events are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

• Client cancellations for any reason.

• Changes of mind.

• No-shows or late arrivals that affect the planned execution of the event.

This policy applies due to the time, resources, and preparations required in advance for all our events. Once a booking is confirmed, our team begins work immediately to customize your experience.

4. Date Changes & Rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. If you need to reschedule:

• You must notify us in writing at least 7 days prior to the event.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

• Only one reschedule is permitted per booking.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must:

• Provide accurate event details at the time of booking.

• Ensure the venue is safe and suitable for the event activities.

• Inform us of any access restrictions, allergies, or special requests in advance.

6. Aleanna Events Rights

Aleanna Events reserves the right to:

• Decline bookings at our discretion.

• Cancel or modify events due to unforeseen circumstances, including extreme weather, staff illness, or venue access issues (a credit or reschedule option may be offered in such cases).

• Use photos or video taken at events (with client consent) for promotional purposes.

7. Liability & Indemnity

• While we take every precaution to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants, Aleanna Events is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses incurred during the event.

• Clients agree to indemnify Aleanna Events against any claims arising from the use of the venue or participation in event activities.

8. Privacy

Your personal information is collected and used solely for the purpose of planning and executing your event. We do not share your information with third parties without your consent.

9. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. 

Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of Brisbane.
